Please carefully review the following information regarding our return and exchange procedures.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days from the date you received your order.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The item must not have been washed, altered, or damaged.
  • Certain items, including sale itemsclearance items, and intimate apparel (such as undergarments), cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to Return an Item

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a description of the items you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to return the items.
  3. Package Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging. Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with tags still attached.
  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order.

Please note that we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of tracking.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. All returns are subject to our standard return policy conditions.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of returning the defective item and issuing a replacement or full refund. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale and clearance items
  • Intimate apparel (such as lingerie and swimwear) for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards

7. Late Returns

Returns received outside of the 14-day return window will not be accepted. If you miss the return window, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

8. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or an error was made by us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified.
